These terms govern your use of the GrowthForge website and any services quoted or contracted through it. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Services
Scope, timelines and deliverables for any project are confirmed in a written quote or proposal before work begins. Any changes to scope may affect price and timeline.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones. Late payments may pause active work.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, specified in your quote. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Intellectual property
Final, paid-for deliverables (website files, designs) transfer to the client on full payment. Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, ad performance or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice; work completed to date will be billed accordingly.
